    A Most Enterprise pilots run on Aplexica's MSA + DPA out of the box. We can return paper within one business day. Custom terms run on our standard markup process.

  • 02 Do you support a private deployment?

    A Enterprise supports a self-hosted relay — the data plane runs in your VPC, the control plane in Aplexica Cloud. A fully air-gapped deployment is on the roadmap; reach out to discuss timing.

  • 03 What about audit and compliance evidence?

    A Trust pack includes architecture documentation, pen-test summary, sub-processor list, DPA, AUP, and the security responses you would expect (SIG-Lite, CAIQ-Lite). SOC 2 Type I scoping is on the roadmap.

    A Enterprise is priced per seat with volume discounts, plus optional add-ons (self-hosted relay, dedicated TAM, premium SLA). We do not charge for storage on Enterprise. Talk to sales for a quote.
